About

MedPals is an organization of aspiring healthcare professionals committed to educating and inspiring your minds about science and medicine. Our founders are former teachers and educators from rural areas who know intimately the lack of resources available for their students, especially relating to the difficult journeys found in healthcare fields. As medical students, they started MedPals to be able to provide the kind of impact and inspiration they desired for their students to students all across eastern North Carolina. Based out of the Brody School of Medicine, our organization has expanded to serve multiple high school in and around Greenville, hold outreach events at the school, and involve medical students, graduate students, undergraduate students, and professors, all united by this common desire.
