MedVentures

Our Flagship event we held this spring, MedVentures, invites over 150 local high school students for a fun and enriching day at the Brody School of Medicine! We will be introducing various science topics through our biochemistry module, educating students on brain anatomy and function through our neuroscience module, even working in the same lab medical students use, and teaching real life medical skills with the high-fidelity patient simulators in the sim lab through our simulation module!

Young Scholars and Leaders Summer Camp

During the summer, MedPals was invited by a Greenville Council Member to facilitate fun and interactive activities for elementary students. Kids built their own styrofoam skin models, UV light bracelets, and learned about germs and various organ systems!

Eppes Middle School

MedPals visited Eppes Middle on Jan 18th and 19thth teaching the entire 6th grade science class with multiple activities: an interactive virtual microscope for anatomy, a respiration demo, chemistry model kit explaining glycolysis, and an EKG station.
